Casa de Penelas is located in Cabaços - Ponte de Lima, in the heart of the Minho between Monte da Nó and Monte S. Veríssimo. It's a unique space that combines a rural setting, contact with the mountains and the influence of the sea, whose line can be seen from the hillside.

Insubmisso is a family wine project that combines a taste for innovation with a legacy deeply rooted in the Minho region's winemaking tradition.

It is a small Loureiro wine production located in the Lima sub-region, on the slopes of Monte S. Veríssimo, from where you can see the sea between the mountains.

Its particular location, altitude, granite soil and the influence of the sea winds result in a wine with its own characteristics, floral aroma, freshness and balanced acidity, enriching the wide range of flavours that are part of our gastronomy.
