Inspired by the legend of River Lethes (the river of forgetfulness) and in local traditions, and within the framework of the PROVE Ponte de Lima initiative, a new dish, Brutus skewer was created.

This dish comes to enrich and complement the gastronomic richness of the county and is based on local beef. Great quality meat, certified, and a superb and unique taste. This skewer is also complemented with loin and accompanied by chunky bread, potato and pepper sauce. A mixture of typical flavours that will remain in the memory of those who taste it.
