Aphros Wine is a project initiated at the hands of the architect Vasco Croft who wanted to be a pioneer in the implementation of biodynamic agriculture which was started in 2003, on the XVIIth Century farm.

In 2009 he won the gold medal at Mundus Vini in Germany, as revelation producer in 2012 and elected Best of the year 2013 by the editorial Wines.
