The Association of Portuguese Wine Municipalities (AMPV) and the Association of Wine Routes of Portugal (ARVP), in cooperation with the Municipality of Ponte de Lima, will present the project "WINE TOURISM Portugal", on the 27th of February in Ponte de Lima.

The "WINE TOURISM Portugal" project endeavours to engage enotourism agents and entities associated to the wine sector of the 14 wine regions and as such, the AMPV and ARVP will promote Benchmarking and Endomarketing actions throughout the year.

These actions of Benchmarking and Endomarketing are an institutional marketing strategy focused on internal actions of the Wine Routes of Portugal, with two visits and working meetings, with the aim of working the Wine Routes as part of an integrated network.

The first national Wine Tourism Benchmark took place on the 30th and 31st of January in the Setúbal Peninsular region and is likewise planned for September 2019 in the Vinhos Verdes’ Region.

The presentation will take place at the Center for Interpretation and Promotion of Vinho Verde, on the 27th of February, at 15h00.
