Ponte de Lima, on the 25th of November, is paid a visit by the finalist of the 5th edition European Young Chef Award 2021, organized in Braga.

Under the social program of the event, the young Chefs, coming from all over Europe visited the exhibition in the Interpretation and Promotion of Vinho Verde Center and tasted the Loureiro wine from Ponte de Lima and other local products.

The International Gastronomy, Culture, Art and Tourism Institute was in charge of the organization of the event, collaborating with Culinary Arts Institutions from the Gastronomic Region.

Actions of this nature, make possible to share knowledge and experiences on a international level, which are of extreme importance for the promotion of Ponte de Lima as a great Gastronomic Tourism spot in Portugal.
