The Ponte de Lima Centre for Territorial Interpretation (CIT) will expand the thematic workshops dedicated to traditional bread cooking and traditional confectionary to groups of up to 15 interested in learning, in an informal and recreational context, the traditions, ways and customs of the local county.

The preservation and enhancement of the ethnographic, gastronomic and cultural legacy of the Ponte de Lima region - invigorated by the CIT which perpetuates the inestimable and intangible material heritage of the high Minho region - requires only prior registration by simply completing the form provided for this purpose.
